Important! EVERYONE attending the Desert Foot East Conference and working an Exhibit Table-Top or Workshop MUST REGISTER to ensure badges are available at check-in at the conference and also to reserve their hotel rooms. The registration process is quick and easy. Once you register, you will have the opportunity to add additional people and book their rooms in a single process. The room rate is $219 per night plus 14.63% tax.
Hotel reservations must be received on or before 5:00 PM ET, Friday, April 10, 2026. After this date, the Hotel will accept reservations at the Group rate based on a space- and rate-available basis.

Below is the Exhibitor Shipping Form that must be completed and returned to Andrew Tomassetti [email protected] at the Teaneck Marriott prior to the start of the Conference. Also, if you need power at your Exhibit Table-Top please complete the attached AV Form and return it to Andrew as well.

All shipped packages may NOT arrive any sooner than Monday, April 27, 2026, and should be addressed as shown below. Please label each box and indicate whether it is for your Table-Top or Workshop. Return shipments will be picked up in the Exhibit Hall after 1:00 PM on Sunday, May 3rd. All materials shipped to the Teaneck Marriott will be at your Exhibit Table-Top on Friday, May 1st at 2:00 PM. Those for your Workshops will be held until needed and then placed in your Workshop Room (when assigned).
